KU Students Sold Fraudulent Ducats
Kansas University foreign students were duped by a man calling himself Carlos de la Garcia who sold five to six dollar tickets to a nonexistent Pan American Union banquet in Kansas City. KU advisor Clark Coan said two or three students were victims, with similar sales at Kansas State University in Manhattan.
