Authorities say the victim was to have married soon and her father R H Ratliff suspects murder but has no murderer identified. Funeral services were set for 2:40 pm and interment awaits inquest results. An autopsy has been done and findings will be released after the inquest. A key witness is a woman who was delayed from testifying.
