Lieutenant Becker Guilty of Murder Verdict Sentencing

New York October 25 Lieutenant Becker was found guilty of first degree murder over the Herma Rosenthal case. Jury verdict at 12:05 am states death in the electric chair to be set later by Supreme Court Justice Goff on October 30. Defense plans immediate appeal as Becker faces execution after sentencing.
