Baby Delivered After Mother Slain by Accidental Gunshot
In Sioux City Iowa 26 year old Lillian Clapsaddle wife of dentist Dr Jack Clapsaddle was killed when a shotgun discharged while he cleaned it. Baby delivered by Caesarean section survived after doctors rushed to the home. The couple’s children John 6 Dana 4 and Sara 1 were asleep as the tragedy occurred. Police and Woodbury County coroner investigated.
