In Kansas City on October 21 W A Talbot of the F C L C reported about 5 000 more winter wheat crop insurance applications in Missouri than Kansas. Final September 1 estimates were 27 000 for Missouri and 22 500 for Kansas with Missouri at 24 425 and Kansas 1 871 above estimate.
