In St Louis on May 20 the livestock market showed fair activity. Export steers brought around 4.60, good western shipping steers 4.10 to 5.60, high grade 3.50 to 4.00, stockers and feeders 3.25 to 3.75, cows and heifers 2.00 to 3.50, Texas fed cattle 2.35 to 3.25. Receipts were about 3,000 with 1,100 shipments recorded.
