The Kansas Fish and Game Commission filed 25 plats in District Court for 717.53 acres to create a state lake between Vinland and Baldwin. Commissioners Charles R. Topping Walter F. Heck and Walter Gerstenberger will appraise the land starting about Nov 1 over 10 days.
