The room was full and guests were entertained with excellent refreshments and hospitable service. The B. F. Club met at Robt Rankins home with dancing, cards, and music, concluding that it was among the pleasantest meetings. City Clerk announces close of voter registration books for 1883 on February 26 and general election on November 6 1883.
