Stocks recap shows natural gas prices slumping 7.8 percent while U.S. crude oil and wholesale gasoline were nearly unchanged. Heating oil fell 1 percent and gold and silver closed slightly lower.
Spates, 21, was arrested in Three Way Tennessee on Oct 6 on suspicion of first degree murder in the death of 21 year old Christian Willis of Wichita. The shooting occurred Sept. 8 on Kentucky Street. Bond set at 1 million cash or surety. Spates next appears in court Nov. 2. Romero, 18, also faces first degree murder charges and holds a 1 million dollar bond. Spates has prior convictions for attempted aggravated robbery and conspiracy.
