In Newark, California, three men Michael Magidson 27 Jaron Nabors 19 and Jose Merel 24 were charged with murder with a hate crime enhancement for the death of 17 year old Eddie Araujo a cross dressing boy found buried in a Sierra foothills site after being attacked at a house party on October 3 Araujo identified as Gwen and sometimes Lida sparked a long police investigation with a confession leading to discovery of the body.
