At 11 30 this morning the judge finished counting ballots in the athletic election. Representative candidates won by margins from seven to twenty five. President Judge Green and Roy O. Douglas were elected along with athletic board members Alleach, Plogry, Young, Rutherford. Committee chairs include Pooler Angney Driscoll Bartow Klauman and Clark. Polls opened yesterday at 4:00 am and closed 5:00 pm with a record turnout. The Athletic Reform and Straight Vote factions were noted, Carl Young led the ticket with 170 votes, Frank Barlow 653, and Princ kty behind with 66. Morgan led the opposition with 471. Angney had 515. Campaign commentary cited organizational strength of the representatives.
