Hub on Campus plans seven story mixed use building in Lawrence
Core Spaces filed plans for a seven story mixed use building at the northeast corner of 11th and Massachusetts streets in downtown Lawrence. The project called Hub on Campus would include about 235 apartments totaling roughly 675 bedrooms and sit across from the historic Douglas County Courthouse. A Core Spaces spokesperson said the complex would attract a diverse range of tenants beyond students.
