Regents give tentative OK to intellectual property policy
Kansas Board of Regents moves toward final approval of an intellectual property policy after a year of study. Faculty and administrators may submit final questions by November 7, with a final vote planned for the November 19 meeting in Topeka. The policy covers mediated courses and ownership of faculty creations, with other revisions broadening textbook wording and excluding low-value software.
