Continue Enrollment for Night School Classes Tonight
Night enrollment for continued night school classes will be held at the senior high school tonight at 7 30 o'clock with Ralph Graber in charge. Death by own action through grief in Kansas City
Arnold Rohrbach, 34, brother of slain road patrolman Frank Rohrbach, was found shot dead in his Kansas City home. Relatives said he took his own life from grief over Frank’s August 6 slaying. Louis Rohrbach, the third brother, found the body after returning from a grocery errand. He said Arnold had brooded over the patrolman’s death and often warned he would not be alive two years from now.

Slugging on Seventh Street Injures Harry Jones
About 9 o clock last night at Seventh and New Jersey streets Harry Jones 43 was found with a three inch gash on the head a cut on the left upper lip and a 1.5 inch gash at the mouth. He was treated by a physician after being knocked down by four men with a blunt instrument and taken to the office by Officers Floyd Hunter and R R Rutherford who released him after treatment. No arrests reported.

Two Men Sentenced for Saturday Bank Robbery in Wichita

A cloth sign showing a wildcat and a Jayhawk was found on the University of Kansas campus this morning. It was believed left overnight by Kansas Aggie students visiting Lawrence. No painting was reported and previous year painting raids are forbidden by an agreement between the two schools' student councils.
