The East Lawrence Improvement Association will revisit its prior endorsement of the Haskell Loop next month after an environmental impact statement on the U S 59 bypass was released. ELIA elected Barbara Willits president, Ed Down vice president, with Richard Kirshenbaum and John Hamilton as secretary and treasurer. The November meeting will include facts from Lawrence officials and a vote on the loop issue.
