High court allows Kansas store breach of lease suit

The Supreme Court let Homeland Stores of Oklahoma City continue a breach of lease suit against the federal government over a Parsons Kansas shopping center. The RTC had argued Homeland must file an administrative claim first. The court rejected the RTC’s position and allowed the case to proceed.

New York Gum Control Begins In Midtown Manhattan
