Wizard of Oz Dorothy dress heads to auction in LA
The Judy Garland costume from The Wizard of Oz is up for auction with Darren Julien noting it could fetch about half a million dollars. This white puff sleeve blouse and blue gingham pinafore is the only complete original dress seen in the 1939 film. It will be shown at London's Stafford Hotel before Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills from November 5 to 9, ahead of the sale on November 9 and 10.
