In Kansas crime statistics Jason Rose is listed as a triple murderer yet many who knew him describe a kind, mentally challenged young man railroaded by the system. Five years after the 2005 Boardwalk fire he is about halfway through a 10 year sentence for arson, manslaughter and battery.
