Dean T DeWitt Carr Named President of Naval ROTC Group
Dean T DeWitt Carr, dean of Engineering and Architecture at Kansas University, was elected president of the Association of Naval ROTC Colleges at the Chicago meeting. He has served as secretary treasurer the past two years and acted as president most of last year, leading a 52-school network including Harvard and KU.
