Ornate Frame Baseball Pins Worth Big Auction Sum
A flea market find of nine 1915 ornate frame pins depicting major league players drew high interest. One pin showing Ty Cobb sold for 23,900 dollars at Heritage Auction Galleries in Dallas. The collection includes a Hall of Fame pitcher Charles "Chief" Bender and remains a rarity due to condition and framing.
