Police seized six slot machines from five Lawrence establishments last night. City Attorney Clarence Gorrill said owners will be charged in police court. Machines ranged from standard one armed bandits to small novelty units with cigaret packs on the dials. Two machines were taken from Scoreboard Lunch run by G R Dashiell in the 800 block on Massachusetts. Additional machines with cigaret pack dials were removed from Mrs Grace Howard on North Second Street Kenny's Place in the 800 block on Vermont street Gilkerson's cafe on Massachusetts street and Mrs Jesse Brooks at Seventh and Arkansas streets.
