KU Athletics staffers to depose in Title IX lawsuits
Four KU Athletics staffers including ex head rowing coach Rob Catloth and former assistant Carrie Cook-Callen will provide depositions on campus between Oct 5 and Oct 11 in federal Title IX suits filed by former KU rowers Daisy Tackett and Sarah McClure. The suits allege mishandling of sexual assault reports and retaliation by coaches.
