Sparks Sentence May Be 52 Years

Bruce Hershell Sparks an 18 year old from Dayton Ohio was sentenced in District Court this afternoon to a maximum 52 years in the Kansas State Penitentiary for a June 26 27 crime spree. He pled guilty to two counts of first degree robbery assault with intent to kill and accessory after the fact to kidnapping. Judge Frank Gray ordered consecutive terms for the first three counts with a concurrent accessory sentence to run.
