At the Ticket Brokers' meeting in Kansas City on November 29 proofs of the proposed revision of their agreement were not ready and the changes were not formally adopted. The revision likely will be ratified in a few days. The third offense expulsion clause will be omitted and heavier penalties added. Charges must be preferred within a few days after the offense and presenting the ticket to establish charges will not be necessary.
