Authorities in Kansas tie four more traffic deaths in the Wichita area to icy conditions. A Friday afternoon rollover near Newton killed two teenage passengers, with the driver seriously injured. The Kansas Turnpike Authority reported two more fatalities on icy I-35 near Andover. Victims include Shirley Ann Starr, 65, of Kansas City Missouri, and Arlene Dale Harrison, 60, of Winnipeg Canada. Earlier two western Kansas deaths were attributed to the storm, and Texas authorities cite eight storm-related deaths since Thursday.
