Forest fire suspect to change plea to guilty in Hayman blaze
Former U S Forest Service employee Terry Barton, 38, faces four federal charges for starting the Hayman fire that burned 137000 acres and destroyed over 130 homes. Prosecutors confirm a plea agreement. Barton had pleaded innocent last June and was to go to trial January 6. Sedulous testimony suggests the fire was intentional, despite her claim of accidental burning of a letter.
