Food to Hunters Isolated by Blizzard Rescued in Maine
Rescue parties and an airplane delivered food to about 100 hunters and CCC youths trapped by several feet of snow in northern Maine. Gov Barrows ordered the operation as blizzards buried lakes near Mopang and Eagle, with men, tractors, and trucks struggling through drifts up to ten feet.

Trial of Civil Cases to Open Here Tomorrow

Police to Clear Street for Santa Claus Parade
