Soviets Agree to Hold Off on Baltic Talks Postponed by Kekkonen

Soviet Premier Khrushchev and Finnish President Kekkonen agreed to postpone military talks aimed at easing Baltic tensions after Kekkonen warned such consultations could raise tension.
