A cyclone and electrical storm struck Girard Kansas at 8 30 this morning damaging small houses while larger structures stood. Dozens injured including John W Herman and Mat tie Gooding with critical condition, no deaths reported. In Pleasanton Kansas a cyclone damaged a brick block and an ice house, injuring several, while New York reports a man delivering a card claiming friendship with President Cleveland.
