Topeka November 20 AP Assurance given the house by Chairman Bloss that the judiciary committee would report tomorrow on impeachment resolutions targeting Attorney General Roland Boynton and State Auditor Will J. French. The measure may advance as actual articles of impeachment or as resolutions to draft such articles. A committee meeting was set for tonight with another session planned to decide action tomorrow. Floor leader Lee Cowden said no adjournment of the special session until impeachment is resolved. The senate has moved to adjourn after Thursday and return Monday.

Balloon ascent reaches 53 000 feet in stratosphere flight
Akron set to land near Washington D C after drifting at 30 mph eastward. Verdict for Defendant in 10000 Damages Suit
In a district court trial that ended Saturday evening a jury returned a verdict in favor of Jack St. Clair in a $10000 damage action brought by Miss Daisy Cagle.
