John D. Myers, 49, admitted helping former candidate Adam Taff fraudulently obtain a mortgage for a Lake Quivira home sale. Myers signed a $1.2 million deal and will pay a $50,000 fine with sentencing set for February 6. Taff, the GOP nominee in 3rd District, pleaded not guilty to campaign finance and wire fraud charges.
