Twin in Critical Condition After Mother Found Dead
A 3 week old boy and his twin sister were found in an apartment with their mother's decomposing remains. The girl died after hospital transport. the boy remained malnourished but alive. Police planned an autopsy on the mother, a Kenya native, to determine cause. Neighbors noticed absence and reported odors prompting the discovery.
