In Edmond Oklahoma City, Tasha Henderson made 14 year old Coretha stand at a busy intersection with a cardboard sign reading I dont do my homework and I act up in school so my parents are preparing me for my future Will work for food. Coretha says the punishment helped her behavior but experts warn such methods can harm a child.
