Pastor robs self by writing checks to church robbers
Police seek two men tied to a Kansas City church robbery at gunpoint after pastor Tony R. Caldwell offered to pay each $150 by check due to cash shortfall. Kansas City woman gets 15 year sentence for bar killing
Jasmine Jackson, 22, was sentenced to 15 years after being convicted in July of second degree murder and armed criminal action in the June 2003 stabbing death of Roderick Chambers, 24, outside The Hurricane in Westport. Prosecution said the dispute involved insults and a tossed drink, while Jackson claimed she was attacked.
