Five Day Kansas Forecast Sees Mild Start and West East Temperature Split

Temperatures from Tuesday to Saturday will run near normal in the west and about six degrees above normal in the east. A cooling trend is expected around Wednesday and Friday with highs about 50 to 55 degrees and lows in the lower 20s to lower 30s. Precipitation will be light, less than a tenth of an inch in the west to around a third of an inch in the central region, mainly showers on Thursday.
