Four dead and 25 hospitalized in heroin overdose outbreak

Washington police reported four deaths and at least 25 hospitalizations after suspected bad heroin injections Friday night. Autopsies were planned to identify the cause and samples were being analyzed. Police urged victims of the 14th and T Street area to seek treatment and avoid using suspect heroin.
