Limley Bi under guard in a Wichita hospital with serious gunshot wounds confessed that he was shot by a Wellington officer when he tried to enter a lumber yard office Monday. He previously said a Mexican held him up in the railroad yard in Wellington. Police believe he is shielding a conspirator who helped bring him to Wichita.
