Re elected President Willard Heads WCTU at Convention

Frances E Willard was re elected president of the Woman s Christian Temperance Union at the morning session of the convention. Delegates numbered 464 eligible to vote with 11 ex officio given. An informal ballot showed 480 votes for Willard, a few for others. A Morton saloon dispute was dismissed, and officers including Caroline Buell Mary A Woodbridge and T M N Stevens were re elected.
