Parker Sebens 3 Faces Rebuilt Triumph After Amputations
Parker Sebens, a 3 year old from a farming area, survived a severe accident two months ago with bandaged limbs. He was discharged from North Memorial Medical Center after 7 1/2 weeks of care and surgeries that included amputations following complications from initial reattachment. Separately, a man and woman were sentenced to 40 years for forcing their 12 year old daughter into prostitution to fund drugs and alcohol, with the girl kept at home and out of school.

12 year old dropout charged in park assault
Tampa police accuse a 12 year old junior high dropout of placing a toy public safety item to a woman's head and injuring her in daylight on November 1 as her four children watched.
