Traffic Victim Home After Connecticut Street Crash
Chester J. Chiappa, 54, of 928 Conn. St., sustained minor injuries when his car jumped a curb, plowed through a yard, and struck a house in the 900 block on Connecticut Street. Damages totaled $900 to the car, sidewalk, and house. Chiappa's chest injury required hospital care, and he attributed the crash to his foot slipping from the brake to the gas. The house owner is Jess W. Layton of 925 Conn. Street.
