Former Kansas commerce chief ends bid after firing questions
Antonio Soave, former Kansas commerce secretary, ends his bid for the GOP nomination in eastern Kansas's 2nd District citing family reasons. Gov. City approves developer tax incentives amid opposition
Soden opposes higher residential taxes while offering developers tax relief.
