Time Bandits review outlines mixed appeal for families
The piece critiques Time Bandits as aiming at both children and adults, noting scare factors for the young and uneven Gilliam humor for older viewers. It praises production, effects, and cast including Connery, Holm, Warner, and Palin, while calling some sequences too fanciful and mentions Shelley Duvall's limited roles and a PG rating warning for very young children.
