New Manager Named For McCrory Otasco Store

Two Men Killed in Snowy Collision Near Cassville
In Harrisonville Missouri two cars collided in a snow flurry killing 2nd Lt. Max M. Gridley of Arizona stationed at Ft. Riley and Lawrence M. Williams 60 of Cassville. Williams fiancee Mrs. Juanita June Dunham 41 of Archie was seriously injured and transported to a Kansas City hospital. Two 17 year olds suffered minor injuries in a four car crash near W 24th Street and Ousdahl Road. George L Kapfer and Bill M Seaver were listed as drivers and passengers in the Kapfer auto. Passers by found Joe C. Williams a 57 year old Sears construction supervisor dead in his car Friday near Plano Texas. He had been beaten and shot and his locked car showed envelopes in the trunk including a thousand dollar cache. Police traced his wife from Kansas City who could offer no clues to the killer.
