Apache youth confesses to murder on White River reserve
The justice department reports Gorney Seymour an Apache, aged youth, confessed to killing Miss Henrietta Schmerler on the White River Indian reservation in Arizona last July after a criminal assault. He is held on the reservation and to be tried in federal court. El Paso agents made the arrest. Schmerler's body was found in a ditch on the reservation.
