Mother of two girls killed by train had drugs in system
A laboratory report obtained by the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin shows illegal drugs in the blood of Jackie Robles, who faced child endangerment charges after her two daughters Alexis and Deziree died when they wandered onto tracks on October 21. A social worker linked methamphetamine use two days earlier to the tragedy, while Robles awaited further hearings and random drug testing.
