Tax board hears more of local case

The Kansas Board of Tax Appeals held a rehearing on the Adams Alumni Center dispute involving KU Alumni Association and Douglas County. Both sides and the Regents may file briefs by November 20 to December 8, with another hearing set for December 16 to hear oral arguments and decide whether to reaffirm amend or reverse the prior order to include the center at 1266 Oread on local property tax rolls.
