No Verdict Reached In Tahlequah Trial
In Tahlequah Oklahoma on May 81 the trial of Vance J. Lowrey 40 a secretary ended in a mistrial. Lowrey admitted on the witness stand he had clandestine intimate relations with Miss Juanita Tutler a graduate of Haskell Institute but said she shot herself. He had parked his car on Mountain Road and the case involved a fatal or accidental death with bullet holes stated by the County Attorney. The jurors were hopelessly deadlocked prompting the mistrial declared by E A Summers.

Marine recruiter to visit Lawrence post office Wednesday
