Washington May 31 Following a Taft AG Wickersham conference decision to file an injunction suit against the Western Traffic association over proposed freight rate increases the action takes effect tomorrow. Senator La Follette also opened a bid for an immediate suit to stop rail rate hikes and challenged advancing rates without Interstate Commerce Commission consent.
