Inmates Captured in California Escape from Norton Facility

Two Norton Kansas inmates Paul Martell and Shawn Cundiff, both 32, were captured Monday in Madera California after escaping from Norton Correctional Facility early Saturday. They face extradition to Kansas where Martell was jailed for theft and Cundiff for criminal property damage.
