High court may decide deportation case
Immigrant mother Myrna Dick faces possible deportation by June 10 as the Supreme Court considers taking up her appeal. Her case centers on whether she lied about citizenship and the impact on her American citizen husband and son. Supporters cite a Cleaver bill to review such cases, balancing child welfare with immigration reform.
